Alex Lee Inc, in North Carolina, is focused on building a culture of innovation for their companies. Juice worked with the innovation team at Alex Lee to create a program that encourages everyone in the various companies to participate and let their voice be heard. From an open ‘jam’ forum to a monthly innovation award to an annual prize giving, the Sparx program took off in a big way, resulting in a significant increase in employee engagement and culminating in an ideas driven workplace. Juice was involved in building the brand from the ground up, from naming to brand development, videos, conference design, marketing materials and the creation of the actual awards.
